The Britannia Bullion team in the office

About Britannia Bullion

Real people.
Clear standards.
Personal responsibility.

A British physical-gold business built around a simple belief: you should understand what you own, what it costs and how it may be sold—before you decide.

Meet the people behind the business

A small team by design

Direct access. Clear ownership. No corporate distance.

01

People you can speak to

Real conversations with people who know the market and remain close to your case.

02

Responsibilities clearly defined

Analysis, client leadership and operations each have a named person accountable.

03

Support beyond purchase

Questions about ownership, storage or future sale do not end at delivery.

Why we exist

Physical gold deserved a more personal standard.

Britannia Bullion was created to combine market experience with a straightforward private-client service.

Buying physical gold can involve unfamiliar products, live pricing, premiums, storage decisions, tax considerations and future-sale questions. Too often, those details are hidden behind jargon or reduced to a simple sales message.

Our role is to slow the decision down, explain the practicalities and arrange the ownership route carefully when—and only when—the client is ready.

01

Explain first

Purpose, product, price, ownership, storage and exit should be understood before action.

02

Execute carefully

Verification, payment, sourcing and delivery are handled through a defined process.

03

Stay accountable

The relationship continues through questions, updates, valuation and future buyback.

Privately owned. Purposefully focused.

Built around your goals. Grounded in physical ownership.

One client journey

Different responsibilities. One standard.

From market explanation to verification, payment, stock and delivery, every stage has a named person accountable. That continues after the sale.

What sits behind the service

Specialist relationships. Clear responsibilities.

A personal service still requires professional infrastructure at every stage.

01

Wholesale sourcing

Access to established specialist counterparties, including Gerrards—an LBMA member and authorised Royal Mint distributor.

02

Secure storage routes

Options can include specialist allocated storage through Malca-Amit and Brink's, subject to the client's chosen arrangement.

03

Insured delivery

Where delivery is chosen, orders are arranged with tracking and appropriate insurance through the delivery process.

04

Future liquidity

Valuation and buyback options are considered from the outset—because ownership should include a clear route out.

Speak with the people responsible

Start with a conversation—not a commitment.

Ask the questions that matter, understand the practicalities and decide in your own time.
